Emerson’s Quill – hello

Hello Reader,

I’m here to share my written and artistic works with you. For as long as I can remember I was one of those creative people who don’t fit comfortably into society. Here’s what I mean:

When people are quiet I want act silly, when people are having fun I want to go off and write somewhere quiet.

In the summer, when everyone is like “oh this sunny day is so sunny and lovely” or whatever, I’m thinking, “what do I have to do to get winter to come and never leave”. I tell people I have Seasonal Affective Disorder but in reverse. Here is some more info about SADΒ if you’re interested.

Most interesting thing about me, I guess, is that I like to tell stories. I 2015-08-07 09.56.46do it best in written form, but I can do it live too.

So, reader, if you come back, I promise I’ll show you some cool visuals and have some interesting things for you to read. All this stuff is trapped in my head and I’ve got to get it out and maybe you can enjoy the process as it happens.

Talk to you soon

jim

  1. Hey Emerson!

    Welcome to blogging πŸ™‚

I’m loving your blog (followed!) but I would also like to invite you to submit a short piece to my own. I think your perspective and style of writing would be a perfect piece for my project.

It’d also be a great way to get your blog/writing out there.

Please feel free to email me (jennifer@youngandtwenty) with more questions, or take a look at the β€˜BEING Young & Twenty’ page on my blog.

    I hope I’ll hear from you πŸ™‚

    Jennifer
